I have to do some work where the panels are made out tongue and groove material on the long edges of the panels.
I buy the tongue and groove material from a supplier in sheets and then need to cut it. How do I do tongue and groove material in the program?

With the tongue and groove if you are buying it from a supplier then you set it up as a normal grained material and make sure the panels are set to not rotate on the grain.
You can then follow the post/instructions of how to set up a grained material
