    Could you please provide us with the following details? 

    1. What you are exporting and from where – a step-by-step description of the process you're following.
    2. A support bundle – this will contain your MaxCut settings and help us replicate the issue. You can generate this by going to Help > Bundle Files for Support in MaxCut. 
    3. Your regional settings – Windows regional settings can sometimes affect how data is formatted. Please check your settings by following this Microsoft guide and send us a screenshot.
