    To help us better understand the issue, could you provide more details about the error message you're seeing when trying to import your .csv files? We’ve recently added support for importing Excel files (.xlsx), but the .csv import should still work as it always has.

    When importing, make sure you’re selecting the correct option: you should use the Import CSV option for .csv files and the Import Excel option for .xlsx files.

    If you could let us know what the error message is, or any other details, that would help us assist you more effectively.

    I’ve already solved it — it was exactly what you mentioned. I didn’t remember that option was there because it was selected by default.
