Add stock management so that you can use existing pieces before using new sheets
It would be great if for each sheet material you could set up existing sizes of panels you already have in stock.
Then when you make a new job in MaxCut, it would use these stock pieces before using new sheets.
Once finished with a job, if there are any left overs / off cuts you can add them to your existing stock.

This seems a necessary and much wanted facility - I would be very pleased if I could set the intial sheet size when designing a job.

I wish for the ability to create an existing inventory list, not just of offcuts but of full size panels you have at hand. Along with that, the functionality to feed X number of material 4x8s or whatever and the dimensions of the panels you need to cut to MaxCut and then for it to show you what you need to meet that request. Sometimes I don't have the time to go get two more panels, and I could use MaxCut to play what-if scenarios to change my designs to more efficiently use the sheetgoods and still deliver what a client needs.

Comment posted on behalf of client:
Buongiorno, in merito all'utilizzo di pannelli di sottodimensioni immagazzinati come resti di lavorazione bisognerebbe avere la possibilità di utilizzare prima questi piuttosto che acquistare nuovi pannelli.
dando la priorità agli avanzi rispetto al nuovo.
English (Google translator):
Good morning, regarding the use of sub-sized panels stored as remnants of processing, we should have the possibility to use these first rather than buying new panels.
Giving priority to leftovers over the new.

It would be really practical (and economical) if one could tell MaxCut to first use in-stock sub-size panels before using full size panels. Even better, it would be good if you could also set the quantity of in-stock full-size panels, so that a "use in-stock material first" option would work on both in-stock full- and subsize panels.
Other than that, I find MaxCut extremely helpful as a hobbyist user, especially because its usage is quite self-explanatory and so I can always use it directly even after several months between projects without having to re-learn it.

I would find it really useful if this feature can be realized. I'm a hobby user and i have a project at hand, for which i would like to use only the off-cuts from other projects. So i have already put in the subsize materials, but i came to realize there isn't a function to set 'use subsize first' or as been described above, where you can specify the stock you have of each plate.
I realize this has a impact on the way optimalisation is calculated, but this would be really useful for all users.
Is there any planning for this feature request?

Hello,
is it possible to tell maxcute how much sheets of each size is available or to limit somehow how much sheets of each size can be used.
I use the free version of Maxcut for my hobby :).
Example: I have a sheet material with size 800 x 600 2 - 2 sheets available. Size 800 x 400 - 4 sheets available. Is it possible somehow to configure maxcut in that way so that first the 2 sheets of 800 x 600 will be used and afterwards the 4 smaller one sheets?
I know there is sub sizes available but it does not work for this.
Thank you very much and best regards
