New Feature: Added "Suggest a Feature" link to help us better gauge what is important to our community

We've had the suggest a feature section of our support portal around for a number of years but had some issues with managing it and many users were not aware that it existed.

In the latest version of MaxCut we've added "Suggest a feature/improvement" to our Help menu to make it easy for users to find discover it.
