How do I send a job file and a backup of my MaxCut to support?

I have an issue on MaxCut and support has asked me to send a copy of the job file as well as a backup of MaxCut to them. How do I do this?

  Getting the job file

  The job file is the .mc file. 

  If you go File > Save As, this will show you the job file.

  

  Getting the backup file

  To create the backup file go to File > Backup > Create Backup
