Be able to ignore certain items/rows in a csv import

When importing from Excel, sometimes I want to keep an item in my spreadsheet but have MaxCut ignore it on the import. Right now there is no way to do this, all items in a file are imported.

I would like to somehow be able to specify in excel to ignore certain rows/items

Example below, I would want MaxCut to ignore the 4 items with an X next to them.
