How do I reset my MaxCut setting to the default values?

I've changed something in MaxCut and now it doesn't work. I want to reset everything. How do I do this?

  MaxCut has all it's settings stored in a single place. There is a really easy way to reset settings. The following steps walk you through how to reset your MaxCut settings without loosing your original settings so that once you have reset your settings to the default values you can selectively pull through values from your original settings.

  Step 1

  Make sure MaxCut is closed

  Step 2

  Open Windows Explorer and browse to the following location:

  C:\ProgramData\

  In the ProgramData folder you will see a folder called "MaxCut Software"

  

  Step 3

  Rename the "MaxCut Software" folder to something different, ie. "MaxCut Software Old"

  

  Step 4

  Re-open MaxCut. Because the settings folder has been renamed, MaxCut will create a new folder called "MaxCut Software" in the ProgramData folder and prompt you for new settings.

  If you look in the ProgramData folder you will now see two folders, the original one that you renamed and the new one called "MaxCut Software". The MaxCut Software folder contains all your new default settings.
