How do I figure out what is causing the warning message saying "Some panels were not placed" when running an optimisation?

When I click optimize I get a blank page on the left with a warning message in red that says: Some panels were not placed. What am I  doing wrong?

  This could be caused by a number of things including your optimisation settings, size of panel etc. Unfortuantely we cannot solve this in a general post - instead if you are experiencing this please email support for assistance.
