    Please try closing and re-opening Maxcut and see if the error persists.

    If it does persist, then please email us a support bundle to support@maxcutsoftware.com.  

    You can create a support bundle by opening the job in which you are getting the error. Then go to File - > Bundle files for support.

    Please also advise us which report/reports you are trying to print when the error occurs
