I use this software to optimize PAPER cutting. I don't know if this software allows you to configure the maximum size of the first cut.

Since guillotine machines have this width limitation. For example, if I want to cut the size 25.5x31.5 cm on the 90x130 cm plate, the first cut asks me to cut along the 130 cm and I can't because the guillotine has a maximum of 91 cm
