What is the update policy for the Business Subscription Edition?

With a current Business subscription you will always qualify for the latest upgrade/ version of the software at no additional cost.

    Please help with my subscription payment, I am getting a message that it has not been paid. I see there was no request for payment from your side on my card account. Should I confirm my account info. If so were and how do I do that?
