Optimisation method specifying that for the whole job first cut does not always have to be the same

Add a 3rd option for optimisation method which specifies that for the whole job first cut does not always have to be the same (eg following the sheet width/length).

Some optimisations are not good at all when using only one option for all sheets (like 60+ in total)
