Export and Import

I have watched and followed the video on exporting a sample cutting list and the imoprting the same list and it gives me this. How do I get this sorted.

I have tried several time following the video.

  Hi Andre,

  Thanks for reaching out! I’m here to help.

  It looks like the | symbol is being used to separate "Input Panel" from the panel name. You can try replacing the comma in the Other field with | to see if that correctly separates your data into columns.

  If that doesn’t work, feel free to send us the CSV file you’re trying to import, and we’ll take a look to see how we can get this working for you. I'll create a support ticket so that you are able to attach the file to an email. 

  What version of MaxCut are you using? From MaxCut 2.9.3.9, we implemented an automatic detection of your list separator, making it easier for you to import your CSV file.
