MaxCut crashing suddenly while working

After importing CSV file and entering all the details, from actual size edge band thickness include option is not working and it does not giving sizes.

  Thanks for your post. I’m here to help.

  It sounds like there might be two separate issues happening here:

  1. MaxCut is crashing while you're working.
  2. After importing your CSV, the “Include edging thickness” option isn’t working and it’s not returning any sizes.

  Could you let us know whether these issues are related? For example, does MaxCut crash immediately after importing the CSV file, or do these happen at different times?

  To help us investigate further, please send us the following:

  • A screenshot of what you're seeing when the edge band thickness option doesn’t work.
  • The CSV file you’re importing.
  • The Job File you’re using (if available).
  • A Support Bundle (click Help > Bundle Files for Support in MaxCut).
