Pattern optimization for special shapes

a logo for a football team " Lizard "..  They wan to cut this 20cmx40cm shape..

1-a.  Need to have an I import for these shape from a drawing program with vector drawing, like SVG, sketchup, photoshop, coreldraw...

and then..

1-b Need to Export SVG.. see step 4

 

2.  Need to have Rotate function - or auto calculate the best fit taking into consideration the saw kerf and saw width.  The Saw width is the factor allowing me turn the wooden panels during the cuts..  If the gap between the shapes being cut is very close, I cannot rotate the wood, hence I cannot cut..  A good amount of gap must be left between these patterns.

3.  Place holders those circles with a circle and Cross..  We need to print these marks if pattern optimization is not possible..

4. Output to CNC machines, ..
