New Feature: Mass Changes dialog has been re-worked to allow switching between selected and all items in one display

In versions previous to 2.8.1.73 of MaxCut, if you selected the "Mass Changes" button you would be presented with options to mass change selected items or mass change all items when asking what type of mass change you want to do.

This was confusing and limiting. It meant if you chose "selected" and then made some changes and realised that you actually wanted to change all materials you had to go through several clicks to get back to the mass changes screen.

In the latest version of MaxCut we've improved this so when you click "mass changes" you are presented with a question on what type of mass change you would like to do (there is no need to choose between selected and all).

Then on the mass changes screen we've added a "selected" and "all" option which allows you to quickly change between the two.
