New Feature: Notes in grouped items

In versions previous to 2.8.1.73 of MaxCut, if you were to edit any input item you could add notes to that item.

For example, you could add a note to a input panel.

This was useful because you could include special instructions for each input item which you could see on the input item list.

If however you edited a grouped item there was no place to put notes!

That was limiting, what if you wanted to add notes to grouped items for special instructions on that group. No way to do that.

We've now changed that. If you edit a grouped item you can add notes to it.

And these notes will also show up on the input items screen.
