Print Job Layout has dimensions for some items while on the screen there are dimensions for all items.

When I print job layout some items do not have both dimensions. Both dimensions show on the screen

  I apologize.  Please see below.  It cleared up the issue. Unselect the "Hide panel dimensions that do not fit".
