How do I force MaxCut to use subsizes?

I can't seem to force the use of subsizes -- need to be able to specify number of main sheets like can be done for subsizes -- program assumes unlimited main sheets

There isn't really a solution to this as the program logic is setup to optimise the waste, which might mean using full sheets instead of smaller sub-sizes.
A work around that you can try using (that has worked for some clients in the past), is to make the main sheet size very, very large. then add a specific amount of the other sizes of sheets that you have as sub-sizes. Because the main sheet is very large, the optimal layout will be on a combination of the sub-sheets which you have specified with certain limited quantities.
