Feature request: Delivery Note report

I would like to request a new report for a delivery note which can be printed based on either

- The full list of input items

- or for selected groups in the input items

An additional field will need to be created on the JOB DETAILS tab for the delivery note number which can either be

- Manually created

- Or automatically created on a sequential numbering system basis

This will allow for a delivery document to be created for the delivery or collection of the order.
