Feature Request: % pricing / scaled pricing per sheet

Currently a material is defined in the database tables at a price per square meter. So the price of half board will be half the price of a full board.

The system does not allow for a scaled pricing structure where a half board can be priced at half a full board plus 10%

Requested new feature:

Add a field or fields which will allow a percentage to be added to the standard pricing in order to allow modification to the standard price.

This can either be set up at subsize level or more globally via a pricing condition table which will consider volume and discounts

This will allow for smaller sizes to be priced more expensive than the larger sizes eg standard price plus 10%

This will also allow for many boards can be priced cheaper than single boards
