Actual size and Cut size is the same

Problem is:

Print Report --> Cutting list---> Print.

Actual Size and Cutting Size is same. Why?

In panel details I see, part size 696 x 496 and on each side by 2mm ABS edge,but when press print report  Actual size and Cutting size is same.
