How do I exclude fields not required in a csv export?

Hi is there any way, *.csv export could be customized, to exclude other fields not required.

  Hi Indran,

  The csv export in general does not allow you to select which fields to export but rather exports all fields available.

  You could after exporting a csv file open it in Excel and remove the columns you do not need.

  Could you explain why it would be beneficial to exclude certain fields on the csv export?
