Please include the support bundle when emailing support.
When emailing our support team please include as much information as possible to replicate the error. We also appreciate if you send us the bundle files for Support. In most situations this file allows us to replicate the issue on our local support machine.
To create a support bundle go to File > Bundle Files for Support.
