What happens when I cancel my subscription?

The software will automatically revert back to the Community Edition.

    hello, Dear all support team, 

    we need to cancelation the monthely payment of the Maxcut pro, due to last three monthes ago we not working on the program but you take a monthly fees, accordingly we need to remove the account because are not use now, we need from you take a fast action AS SOON AS POSSIBlLE.

    Hi Samir,

    We sent 2 emails to you on the 30th November regarding your license. Please see if you received those emails. (Maybe check your junk mail folder for an email from support@maxcutsoftware.com).  I will send you another email  now to help you resolve the issue.
