Invalid Value Format error when importing CSV

This error message is shown when trying to import sheet materials via a CSV file, when there are values that require conversion, such as numbers, boolean, strings, etc.

If the conversion fails we show a message that the value was not in the correct format.

In the example below, there is a blank cell, where a boolean (true or false) is expected.
